A dynamic, power-driven yoga practice that fuses the mindfulness of traditional yoga with the physical demands of a full-body workout. Each class moves through a continuous sequence of poses linked by breath — building heat, muscular endurance, and a level of focus that's hard to find anywhere else. Cancellation Policy
Due to the fact that we are a small studio, we offer an 8 hour cancellation period. If you know you won't be able to make it to class, simply log into your account and cancel your reservation for FREE prior to 8 hours of your class time. "LATE CANCEL" is cancelling a class LESS than 8 hours in advance of the class you cannot attend. "NO SHOW" is failing to attend any reserved class and failing to cancel ahead of time. We enforce this policy to ensure all clients have a fair opportunity to reserve a class. All cancellations must be done online through your account. This helps prevent any miscommunication. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding! For our members on any class package or membership that is NOT unlimited: LATE CANCEL One class is deducted; NO SHOW One class credit is deducted and $15 fee applies. For the "Unlimited" Monthly members: each LATE CANCEL will incur a $15 fee; each NO SHOW will incur a $35.00 fee.
