Unleash all pent-up stress from the week in an electrifying session of our HOT HIIT! Get to scream, sweat, and let loose before the weekend with a therapeutic workout fueled by hard-hitting music and powerful anthems! Let’s Rage and make this session unforgettable!

Who said you can't party AND get a workout in?! Come sweat it up while you break it down in this dance -based workout with the INCREDIBLE Jayen Wells! 

LET'S DANCE!

Remember when we used to make up amazing dances in our basement in middle school?! Bring that energy and your inner star as you learn a dance while also getting an incredible workout and sweating out the day with Jayen! Unlike, LET'S PARTY, this class will offer more formal choreography so you can leave feeling accomplished and ready to show off to your friends!

Yogi Alex has been teaching yoga to kids for almost a decade.  She uses song, play, dance parties, and story to teach kids to be in their bodies and calm their minds.  From adventures to outer space with alien dance parties to Yoga Bugs story time, kids will learn balance, yoga poses, breathing exercises and meditation. Most of all they will have fun!
