Coming in Hot ("we," "our," or "us") is a boutique fitness studio located in the Los Angeles area. We do not receive payment information through these platforms. Your relationship with any third-party booking platform — including ClassPass — is governed by that platform's own privacy policy. We will only share the information necessary to facilitate your bookings, under the same terms that govern our current ClassPass partnership.

We accept payments through our website (powered by Wix). Payment information — including credit and debit card details — is processed and stored by our third-party payment processor. We do not directly store your full payment card information on our systems.

If you sign up for our mailing list — either through our website or in person at the studio — we collect your email address and any preferences you share with us.

7. Equipment Use

We provide equipment for use during classes, including weights, gliders, yoga blocks, resistance bands, mats, and mat towels. By using studio equipment, you acknowledge and accept the associated physical risks. We may collect information related to equipment incidents for safety and insurance purposes.

8. Bodywork & Specialty Services

We currently offer Restorative Fascial Release classes. If and when we add massage, physical therapy, or other hands-on bodywork services, we will update this policy to address any additional information practices applicable to those services.
